CNA Training Structure

  • Classroom Learning
    The Summit College CNA program provides comprehensive instruction on the elements of personal patient care. Students learn essential skills including taking patient vital signs, bathing, dressing, and feeding patients, responding to patient calls for assistance, monitoring patient behavior and physical condition, and more. The curriculum emphasizes developing an excellent bedside manner and learning how to provide compassionate care.
