  • Complete all training and testing portions within the quarter of registration

CNA Class Schedule & Flexibility

TrainND Northwest offers a flexible learning format to accommodate different schedules:

  • Online Instruction: Self-paced online learning that can be completed around your schedule
  • Classroom/Clinical: Two weeks of in-person training at TrainND Northwest and a local long-term care facility
  • Specific Start Dates: Classes begin quarterly with upcoming sessions scheduled for:
    • April 1 – July 17, 2025 (online portion April 1 – July 6; in-person July 7-17)
    • July 1 – October 9, 2025 (online portion July 1 – September 28; in-person September 29 – October 9)

Classes typically run Monday through Thursday, 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM for the in-person portion.

Program Costs

  • Complete CNA Training Program: $1,265

  • CNA Certification Exam: Not included in the program cost

Additional Expenses

Cancellation and Transfer Policy

  • If you cancel more than two weeks prior to the in-person class start date after logging into your online account, you may receive a maximum refund of $460
  • You may transfer to a future class more than two weeks prior to the in-person class start date
  • Within two weeks of the in-person class start date, no transfers are allowed and all registration fees are forfeited
