Classes are taught through demonstrations, practice, and role play in a simulated lab environment to ensure students develop proficiency in all required skills.

Clinical Experience

Students participate in 24 hours of supervised clinical experience at a long-term care facility. This hands-on training allows students to apply their classroom knowledge in real healthcare settings while working directly with patients. Clinical days are arranged and may include nights and weekends. Students cannot begin their clinical experience until they have completed all didactic and lab work requirements.
